Lay and Clergy women make up at least 58% of all United Methodists and it is important to know where women have representation across our worldwide connection. We do this through research, monitoring, and gathering data relating to the intersectional representation and participation of women, including racial and ethnic groups.
Through collaboration and partnerships with other agencies such as the General Council on Finance and Administration (GCFA), we are able to provide resources such as the below Dashboard to promote transparency and continue to challenge the Church toward the full and equal responsibility and participation of women in the total life and mission of the Church.
