Through our mandate, we have been tasked with functioning as a monitor for the programmatic and administrative functions of the Church. This includes gathering data, making recommendations, and suggesting guidelines for action to eradicate discrimination in any form.
This toolkit was developed to assist with carrying out that mandate, while explaining what monitoring is, along with best practices and how to do it.
